Hotel Reservations

Cancellation Policy-14 Days Prior to individual arrival dates. (1 Night Room/Tax deposit required at time of booking).

Registration Rates

• Member: $250 per person if registering before the early discount deadline of July 19, 2017
  
• Non-Members: you must join APS prior to registering for the conference.

• All fees are listed in US Dollars, and all payments must be made in US Dollars.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds due to cancellation will be processed as follows:

• Through July 19, 2017: 90% of registration fees.
• Beginning July 20, 2017: No refund due to cancellation.
